About Diane
For more than 20 years Diane has worked with children, and her favorite moment never changes: the second a child's face lights up and they say, "Wait, I get it!" She founded Mighty Minds to bring that kind of patient, structured teaching to more families, and she personally approves every tutor who joins.

Teaching approach
- Find the exact gapDiane traces a struggle back to the specific step that never clicked, then rebuilds from there.
- Hands on, then on paperBase-ten blocks, fraction tiles and drawings come first, so the written method makes sense.
- Confidence is part of the lessonEvery session ends with a problem your child can solve on their own.
