What We Do
We offer personalised online tutoring to students aged 5-13, whether they have specific gaps in their learning, learn in a certain way, or are capable of achieving more with the right help.
Our tutors are all certified and experienced primary teachers; this means that your child is getting the same quality as they would in school but on a much deeper, personal level. We specialise in assessing any gaps in children’s learning and we create bespoke education plans to overcome these.
Online tuition allows us the opportunity to share our highly effective teaching strategies to help children around the world achieve success in their learning. We create engaging learning experiences in our online platform, with a range of activities to bring learning to life, keeping our students inspired.
Having lessons online allows for a more flexible approach for parents, with the added bonus of saving on travel time. All of our lessons, homework and feedback are available on a secure online platform, accessible at the click of a button. This allows you to stay organised and access all of our services on the go. We understand how busy family life can be so we take the stress away by making it as easy as possible for you and your child.
We believe that it’s not what you are born with that matters; it’s your mindset that matters!
Scientific evidence shows that the brain is like a muscle that gets stronger and works better the more it is exercised. Every time you work hard, stretch yourself and learn something new your brain forms new connections and over time you become smarter.
We encourage our students to have a growth mindset by enjoying learning, realising that hard work is key and to capitalise on mistakes and confront deficiencies.
As Carol Dweck, American Psychologist says, “In a growth mindset, challenges are exciting rather than threatening. So rather than thinking, oh, I’m going to reveal my weaknesses, you say, wow, here’s a chance to grow.”
Why a Tutor?
Tutoring gives students an individual learning experience that they may be unable to get in a crowded classroom. This helps children who struggle to keep up, as well as those who aren’t challenged enough. It also ensures children don’t fall behind during breaks from school.
Tutors get to know your child’s individual learning style and can adapt teaching methods accordingly. We are your child’s own private teacher.
Tutoring will prepare your child for any upcoming tests and exams, while tutors work with your child on specific problem areas.
Having a private tutor can boost your child’s self-esteem and confidence. We help children overcome learning barriers, unleashing their potential and empowering them to become confident, successful and independent learners.
What We Achieve
We have high expectations and aspirations for our students, and above all, achieve results!
We teach our students that just because they feel like they can’t do something right now, doesn’t mean they will never be able to.
Adding the word ‘yet’ to anything makes it possible.
It might not be easy but it’s possible.
We empower, enable and equip our children to develop the attitudes, thinking and behaviours to learn, achieve and be all they can be!
With our VIP package your child will receive an education plan bespoke to them. This will be created by one of our qualified teachers, specifically designed to close any gaps in your child's learning and will be developed around their individual learning style.
Group Lessons and Clubs are aimed at helping students receive that "extra support". These are specially designed classes to flag any content that your child might not have covered during the school closures period or that they may have forgotten. We focus on an essential topic of learning in each session. For further information on classes and our schedule, click below.
Our phonics intervention program is for children who are struggling with early reading and writing. We have experienced phonics coordinators equipped with highly effective strategies to help your child overcome any difficulties they are having in early literacy.
